I hosted Runtym for more than 150 participants — a hands-on coding workshop rather than a talk with slides, which is a very different thing to run when everyone in the room is typing.

Teaching something live is the fastest way to find the holes in your own understanding. You cannot hand-wave to a room that is watching your terminal.
